Shipping Policy

My Grand House delivers only to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum spend. We do not offer “all orders worldwide” shipping, premium courier upgrades, or named carriers such as USPS unless that is what actually appears on your tracking email.

Where we ship

We sell to, and ship to, the United States only. We cannot accept orders or deliver to addresses outside the US.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse at 1908 Thomes Ave STE 12166, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.

Processing and delivery

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery: Once dispatched, US delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur during peak periods or with the carrier.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout.

If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, email support@mygrandhouse.com with your order number.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will raise it with the carrier and refund the affected items. We do not send a replacement or an exchange. If the item has to be sent back, you pay the postage.
